Peach and Raspberry Cobbler

IMG_3271Living alone and being single means getting to have dessert for dinner.  Even better… it means you get to have dessert for dinner as you watch Game of Crowns in your bathrode!  I’m sorry but there are certain days that no amount of cuddling with a cutie will amount to trashy TV and a bowl of sweet, gooey, goodness.  The other night was one of those nights, fresh peach and raspberry cobbler sounded more appealing than any traditional dinner option, so why not?  Why not haven dessert for dinner, espeically when it is loaded with fresh fruit and fiber rich oatmeal?  I like mine with vanilla bean gelato and a side of reality TV.
