PB&J Smoothie

I have been on quite a smoothie kick lately.  It could be my chaotic schedule or simply that I am obsessed with my nutribullet blender. Whether it be quick to-go breakfast, pre-night shift dinner, or a late night post cardio snack I have been blending some delicious and refreshing smoothies at all hours of the day and night.  It is probably safe to say my upstairs neighbor is not as enthused about my current not-so-quiet blending craze.  I decided to step out of my usual formula for fruit+protein powder+almond milk and get a little creative with some of my pantry staples.  I was shocked at how much this liquid snack tasted like one of my favorite childhood sandwiches with an added bonus of spinach, minus the guilt!
