Pulled Buffalo Chicken

Life has been crazy.

With a short break in the midst of trying to juggle fitness, work, and grown up priorities, I was able to the world’s most comforting, simplest dinner cooked all day in my slow cooker (did I mention its perfect for football Sunday!)
